365 Days (1-Year) Official Replacement Warranty
At AMAYA Premium Accessories, we stand behind the quality of our products. All AMAYA products come with a 365-day (1-Year) official warranty from the date of purchase, ensuring you a premium and worry-free experience.
1. What is Covered under Warranty?
Manufacturing Defects: Any inherent technical or factory faults in the product.
Hardware Failure: Any internal hardware malfunction occurring under normal and proper usage.
Wrong Product Received: If the product delivered does not match your official order.
2. What is NOT Covered?
Physical Damage: Any breakage, scratches, cracks, or damage caused by improper handling, drops, or accidents by the customer.
Water Damage: Any liquid damage or moisture exposure (unless the product explicitly holds a verified IPX waterproof rating).
Delayed Complaints: Product issues or structural damage complaints made after 48 hours of initial delivery.
Unauthorized Modifications: Any product subjected to self-repair, alteration, or third-party service without AMAYA’s official authorization.
3. How to Claim Your Warranty
Option 1: Visit Our Display Center (Fastest Process)
If you are in Lahore, you can bring the product directly to our physical store for an instant checkup and immediate on-the-spot replacement after inspection.

Option 2: Courier Service (For Other Cities)
Send clear photo or video proof showcasing the defect to our official WhatsApp support lines.
Once our team reviews and approves the claim, securely pack the item in its original packaging and dispatch it to our Lahore address via any courier service.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we will repair or send a replacement.
Note: Courier/delivery charges for both sides (sending and receiving) will be completely covered by the customer.
4. Important Terms & Conditions
Proof of Purchase: A valid bill, invoice, or digital order confirmation is strictly required to claim the warranty.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned with its original box, packaging, and accessories.
Non-Transferable: This warranty is only valid for the original buyer and cannot be transferred.
Final Authority: AMAYA reserves the right to make the final decision after examining the condition of the claimed product.
